CERTIFICATIONS

I hold many authorizations as a Competent Person in Safety-Related topics, and I look forward to exceeding the demands of my position.

Because Safety and Safety Leadership is among the most important disciplines in the 21st Century Workplace, all of us who work in the Safety Industry must possess both the knowledge and technical abilities, combined with the "fire in the belly" - or the desire to be successful. Because our employee's lives and safety depend on our being "more than just successful" - I have, from the very start of my career in the Safety field to go above and beyond what was required of me - at all levels. Most recently - I convinced my employer to allow me to register as a Wisconsin Stste Lobbyist and lobby formally for my employer on a piece of legislation that I had drafted - and after only one term and a half of working on this issue, I did receive the bi-partisan support necessary for the bill to pass both State Houses in Madison, and on May 9, 2009, the bill was signed into law. I'm proud of this effort, however I am more thankful for being allowed to "think out of the box" and put an idea of mine to work - so that, in the end, my employer and my workers benefitted from this new idea turned law. I hope my resume and my letter here convinces you that I possess the skills and the drive to succeed at the position you have listed here.

All the best to you and your organization.

Sincerely,

Bruce A. Coleman
