PROJECTS/WORK(BIC):

HR Module :-

Since i have joined Landmark, I have been appointed to work in HR module. The sub modules that I have worked so far are as below:

Employee Reimbursements :

Using this module Employees(who is Eligible for Reimbursement) can upload their Reimbursements month on month wise.

Auditor can view and audit it. We also have provided special rights to HR to view the same.

We have also provided Employee Reimbursement Summary so that they can come to the limits of each Reimbursement Head.

Employee Loan/Advance Pay:

Landmark is providing facility to Apply for Loan cum Advance pay to their Employees, who has been part of landmark for more than one year.

So Employees can apply for the same using this module. TDS Document Upload :

Using this module employees can upload their Documents for TDS.

User will have option to upload documents for each Head which is declared by him for TDS.

Once user Upload their documents, Accounts will verify document and approve/reject the appropriate amount.

Generate Appointment Latter/ Offer Latter / Payslip:

From our recent analysis, we have found that we need one comprehensive solution to make PDF from appropriate inputs.

Here because we have more than 30 reports, so Crystal Reports is not a good idea for this.

So now we are generating PDF from HTML, So this will reduce the time to set the layouts/Design in Crystal Reports, which is more time consuming.

So we can omit this Native approach of Crystal Reports from now.

Here we have created all this Dynamically so that if there any changes in future, we can adapt it easily.

PMS:

We have developed KRA based performance appraisal. Objective of this is to evaluate the performance of the employees and give appropriate appraisal through the system.

So that, we can bring transparency at each stages of performance evaluation.

I will elaborate the process flow of the PMS orally.

Here Ratings, salary corrections, promotions submitted by Supervisors, Reviewers & approvals by L3, & L4 levels.

And we have developed Calibrations of Salary correction, Wage Bill Impact by Corp HR, Vertical Heads & Vertical Directors.

Travel Desk:

Using this module Employee can apply for Travel Requests.

His/Her Reporting Manager has rights to Approve/Reject the same.

And After Reporting Manager’s Approval Travel Manager can view the Request and can provide the Tickets to the user by Uploading the same. Insurance Webservice:

We have developed WCF Application to provide the data of LIS(Since Inception) to Landmark Insurance.

We have created various methods to provide the data of i.e. Zfrom,Prospect,BodyPaint,CRM.
