Qualifying Skills:

Certificate of completion: 1 Year Building Maintenance.

• Basic Plumbing: change faucets & faucet parts, washer, Orings, etc.., understanding of WSS & DWV systems. Familiar with tools of Trade. Flush value assembly (remove replaced)

• Basic Electricity: wiring for different types of switches, outlets. Lights GFCI Receptacles changed replaced receptacles switches familiar with tools of Trade.

• Cleaning: Use of cleaning equipment understanding of cleaning agents, sweep, mop, empty trash. Dry cleaning/Wet cleaning.

• Basic carpentry: Door locks & handles, door checks, panic bar, tiling, tape & compound, sheet rock, studs & plates, painting

• Supervised 4 – 6 yr old youths in educational activities outdoor trips and activities offering an education in organized physical play.
