Developed and maintained an Access database that helped to automate the process of producing candidate offer letters. This database also produced a file that was uploaded into the Lawson HRIS as pending personnel actions, reducing the amount of manual data entry by 50%.

Produced the organization’s gender, equity and diversity reporting which was used by the CEO to identify areas of potential risk.

Managed a technology assessment project which outlined all of the systems used by HR, the cost to maintain those systems and the areas where improvements were needed.
