Operated Depalletizer in auto run or manual using CNC touch screen monitor that shows equipment status, faults, and shift statistics. Responsible for receiving raw materials (pallets of carton cases w/empty bottles) in the warehouse inventory system for accurate counts, directly unloading them from trailers using double forklift truck, and loading pallets onto rolling conveyors that infeeds into depalletizer unit.

Responsible for removing microorganisms, bacteria mold, and machinery grease from equipment and conveyors used in plant production operations.

Responsible for wearing proper PPE (slicker suit, rubber boots/gloves, helmet/face shield, eye and ear protection, also covering and protecting equipment.

Perform proper lockout/ tag out procedures to de-energize and shut down equipment being cleaned per plant S.O.P.

Rinse equipment and conveyors using hose with gray co gun attached for removing all gross soils, mold and slime.

Wash equipment by applying foam (Sparkle BH, Pristine, and Lift II) using high pressure cleaning system supplying water and foam detergent.

Use high pressure hose to perform final rinse to remove detergent and soils from machine / equipment. Pullout all sewer pots, empty and rinse.

Responsible for handling and returning all cleaning equipment and chemicals used in cleaning process. Ensure all chemical jugs are properly labeled and rinsed and returned in the proper storage location.
