My interest is in the IT Project Manager position.

I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Eastern Washington University and have over 15+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience. The reason that I am in the IT field is my passion for serving; I am an outgoing, organized, positive person, and enjoy working with team members to achieve both team and individual goals.

Summary of my experience that relates to this position:

15+ years of IT experience; supporting software development tools, developing custom software database applications that integrated with commercial software applications to provide reports to executives, upper management and executive boards. Owned and operated a Software Consulting business for 3 of those years were I developed software and trained on software applications.

7 years’ experience in Project Management of custom software applications development tracking the software development life-cycle (SDLC); analysis, design, development, testing, setup, training and support. I heard about and adopted the Agile/Scrum approach to software development back in 2005. Database specialist; trainer, mentor and liaison for 3 years at Microsoft.

8 years as a Site Director/Program Manager at Chelan High School; tutoring, mentoring, supporting and setting up new programs for 400+ students to pursue further education. Managed 3 certified adult tutors and developed a software database application for 10 High School sites in Central Washington to track data, manage their budgets and to provide data for a combined annual report to the Federal Department of Education. 3 years as a Team Leader of a small IT team.

For last four months, I have studying and utilizing HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Web API, PHP and MySQL to build a website which allows users to play educational games and eventually will allow

them to purchase and download the App I created.
