Created statistical model to predict the future incidents by studying the various weather factors and real time data provided by city of Buffalo.

Analysis of weather forecasts in the city of Buffalo over a period of four months. A comparative study. Created a Python script to extract data from the saved html files of www.weather.com over a period of four months and analyzed the weather behavior with respect to the forecasts determined. Used d3 data visualization tool in Python for representation. Prepared Q-Q plots to determine accuracy of the forecasts.

Recognizing hand written characters using the Pocket Perceptron algorithm. With the help of hand writing scalar and vector tools, have developed an algorithm to train the system by recognizing the hand written alphabets and eventually recognize new characters written. Have created data frames using Python Pandas by using K means clustering.

Visual representation of unemployment rate, median of highest incomes and amount of sales tax collected per county. Extracted data from Excel sheets acquired from government census and used Python Pandas to derive the statistics. The data visualization is done using lxml package and scalar vector graphics for choropleth mapping of USA.
