Project Therapeutic Area: Infectious Disease
Description: The trial was a Multicenter, Multidose, Open-Label Study to determine if study drug alone and/or Study Drug in combination with Ribavirin is safe and potentially effective for the treatment of genotype 1 compensated chronic Hepatitis C in subjects who have relapsed after a response to a previous treatment course of at least 44 weeks with pegylated interferon and Ribavirin. Primary objectives of the study are to assess the safety of Study Drug at multiple concentrations given as a monotherapy for 4 weeks and the safety of Study Drug at multiple concentrations given in combination with Ribavirin for 4 weeks after 4 weeks of Study Drug Monotherapy. All SAS outputs produced for the reports were validated in accordance to validation plan.
