Present Organization: Toyo Ink Group (Arets Graphics India Pvt Ltd (Part of Arets Graphics NV Belgium ). Arets Graphics are specialized manufacturing of UV inks and Varnishes for all sort of application and process (Gravure, Flexo Offset, Screen and Other Process)

1. Essel Propack –Poland ;-

• Streamlining the Ink Kitchen set up and Product Stabilization on press for Flexo, Offset and Screen Inks .

• Process parameters set up in term of products from Offset to Screen and later foil blocking.

2. Euro Pack : -Poland (Poznan):- Stabilizing EB Ink and Varnish System at Euro Pack for Flexo and Gravure UV inks .

3. Tanzania Printers (Africa):- Streamlining of Ink Kitchen with training on X rite and Ink Management linked with new shade development. Current location and Clientage: Handling complete Western India territory for different location like Gujrat, Maharashtra, and Goa. Major Clientage like –Essel, Parksons, Borkar,Yamir, Utility, Repro Etc.

Special Project in Delhi: Business Development of EB inks and Varnishes for U-Flex Industries .

* Previous Company: Siegwek India Pvt Ltd (SICPA India Limited ) (from 01st July 1999 to 19th Oct 2008)

Siegwerk is a German based Organization majorly focused in inks for Gravure and Flexo

(Flexible Packaging) along with Offset inks for Packaging sector. Globally Siegwerk is enjoying their major share in Gravure Inks .

Siegwerk has taken over on Sicpa India Limited in June 2006 and started their operation India .

Sicpa was a Swiss based firm and were specialized in Security inks with their strong hold in other sector of Offset, Gravure, Flexo and other inks sector. Sicpa is popular among Ink industry for its special production of security inks (Sole leader) and special inks for various processes with new innovations.

Temporarily Siegwerk run their operation under the name PIBU Ink India Pvt Ltd, till the time complete formality of merger got completed .

* Designation Carried : From Trainee to Dy. Manager –Customer support and development., Flexible Packaging.

Responsible for: Handling of set of Customers/dealers/territories by carrying out optimum efficiency, economy of operations in sales and marketing activities of flexible packaging liquid inks to achieve company goals

Main Tasks: Achieved assigned sales targets month wise from the designated set of customers/dealers/territories and achieve targeted price negotiations.

• Carried out market developmental activities by adding new customers

(direct/indirect) and quarterly update the list of existing/new and lost customers. Execution of jobs related with the customers.

• Payment collection on time and sales tax forms as per credit period.

• Provides service in terms of timely delivery, technical consultancy, product specifications, price, and shade matching activities to the full satisfaction of customers.

• Gathering and providing information’s on competitions and customer activities to the supervisor.

Problem solving activities: Attended /close customer complaints effectively and timely as per declared schedule of quality management system. Participates in : Attend the regional sales meet to ensure that activities are productive and profitable and present the progress.

Decision making activities: Evaluated and proposed prospective channel partners for appointment as per business need.

* Profile: Business development and Technical services for

(Solvent & water based) Flexo (Marjory) and Gravure inks for northern Region (North-East)

• Looking after development of water-based inks at RCC Okhla in accordance with PDG Bhiwadi, and controlling parameters related to ISO 9001and all technical and development related issues.

• All kind of solvent based queries in Northern India related to product development, customers service –commercial /technical.

• Working independently on project related to IIMS set up for various customers like Dutta press and ITC Munger .

• Organized the annual celebrations for the company for 7 yrs held at Bhiwadi Factory.

Previous Experience in SICPA India Limited (July 1999 to June 2003) Previously working as Technical - Executive at main Bhiwadi manufacturing plant at Rajasthan. Their looking after product development of solvent-based Gravure inks

(surface and reverse).

Overall function in working area of Cigarette Packaging Beside this also worked for quality control, quality assurance and customer complaint handling for a shorter duration.

Other Activities in Different Region

Major Task:

* Establishment of IIMS (Color center) at Tetra Pak(Pune) and TCPL(Silvassa).

* Tetra Pak(Pune ): Tetra Pak are the world leader in Flexo Graphic printing of food packaging cartons. Worked on a Special project for China. Done shade development and standardization of few special shades (around 300) and make a special presentation report for Tetra Pak China.

• Successful establishment of Unicor series for Kraft paper in northern region). Sold 50 MT in 12 Months against Local Competition.

Profile In Delhi : Working as Techno-Commercial person, looking after all kind of commercial as well as technical aspects in liquid ink section . Responsible states are Punjab, Himachal, Jammu, Chandigarh, Haryana, UP, Eastern India .(Rajashthan to explore)
