Job Profile:

Review on regular basis all projects progress reports on MEP Engineering Designs;

Review material specifications, standards, complex engineering studies, plans, calculations, design documents, evaluations and performance assessments as required.

Recommend alternate engineering solutions to management to develop, modify facilities support to meet design needs and project objectives within the project estimates.

Review and comment on all MEP engineering related work performed by engineering consultants and construction contractors.

Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications, to ensure that the quality expectation is properly met during construction.

Assist the site team with MEP design and reviews of all capital projects including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

Assist the project & construction management staff with all capital projects in design and construction in review process including the review and response to agency comments.

Measurement of Quantities and Prepare Bill of Quantities

Evaluation and preparation of Interim Payment Certificates

Cost Reporting

Finalization of Accounts.
