General Responsibilities:
1.WORK REQUEST:
Receive all work orders from the requesting departments to which he/she is assigned.
Register all work request and assign work request to respective department for execution
Plan and assign work request to respective department for execution.
Manages work backlog into work plan
Review and screen each work order to ensure completeness and proper authorization.
2SAP PM:
Responsible for daily creation of Work Request Notifications and Work Orders creation using SAP PM.
Responsible for the day to day SAP work request operations.
Releases the notifications and work orders to the specified department.
Utilizes the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP PM) and produces standard reports as required.
