Designation and Task

I’m a Process Associate (Application Tool Coder) from January-25-2013 to April-30-2016 and working under DPO (Data Processing operations - Non-Voice, process comes under SQL) for Retail Measurement Service for Nielsen Company, Canada.

We will collect the sales data from the retailer shops on daily basis and we will merge the data like a file and load it through some Applications using with SQL queries and Ultra Edit, Control-M, Query Analyzer and Oracle Servers and transfer the details to respective team how they want. Once the team has been verified the data and approved the Sign off, we will get back to the data from them and provide the report to the Nielsen Company and client will be deliver the reports to the respective persons.

The responsible are Mail reading, Clarifying the client query, Monitoring the process, Troubleshoot the problem and fixed it within a day then provide the status about it if anything happen, Prepare a status report and send it to our client on every day.
