WORK EXPERIENCE:

Worked as a Scheduling and Operations Executive in STV Haryana News from February, 2012 to December, 2014.

Description:- My work profile was related to scheduling of broadcast of advertisements on the channel. I arranged the advertisements in the 16 hour Time Band according to the needs of the clients and maintaining the Logsheets and Advertisement Records. Most of the work was done on MS-Excel worksheet. From January 2013 to April 2014, I had additional responsibility of Senior HR Executive.

Worked as a Senior Monitor in Electronic Media Monitoring Center, Delhi from July-2009 to February 2012.

Description:- At the Monitoring Center, I used to make the reports regarding the violations made by various News, Entertainment, Religious and Sports Channels. The content of the TV channels was viewed and reports were prepared keeping in mind the rules and standards set by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. I also attended and handled the Scrutiny Meeting which was arranged to shortlist the gravest violation of code of conduct by any channel. This meeting was held on monthly basis and was attended by Under Secretary (MIB) and Directors or representatives of various Government organizations.

Worked as Programme Executive on casual basis in All India Radio’s News Division during the time period of 2003 to 2009.

Description:- The profile included dubbing, recording and editing of sound bytes and handling the Console Operations during Live Bulletins.

Worked as a Counselor in a Computer Education Institute (ECIL-BDPS) in the year 2000.

Worked as a Primary Teacher from 1994 to 1999 in St. Vivekanada Public School and St. Columbo Public School.
