Project Summary: Build Predictive models to identify the potential customers. Data Prep included variable transformations, missing value imputation, outlier treatment, multicollinearity. Logistic model was built in SAS and the model performance was measured by various statistics, scoring the model and validation datasets, creating score deciles, and aggregating sales for each of the deciles.

Mail file Preparation

Client: US Based Retail Company

Project Summary: Data cleansing and hygiene treatment at address, email and phone level. Sorting based on priority order of selection and duplicate checking at various levels. Split the data in main and validation to check response analysis after campaign. Removing records present in the suppression list. Preparation of Waterfall report to track the fall in input quantity in the various steps of mail file preparation.

Client: US Based Amusement Park and Entertainment Group Project Summary: File reading, data cleansing and data preparation. Appending demographic information to the customer records through different levels of matching. Preparing demographic and lifestyle profile of the customers. On the basis of demographic profile, selection of prospects for future campaigning.

Project Summary: Match the transactions from the response time frame to the mailed data and get the actual responses. Calculate various statistics like Response rate, incremental Sales and margin and ROI to measure the impact of the campaign. Customer Segmentation

Project Summary: Performed Customer Segmentation to get a clearer understanding of their customer base. Consequently, helped them compartmentalize their customers, to target them separately. The segmentation facilitated the design of more target-oriented approaches to accrue more sales from different buckets of customers.
