Manpower Planning : Forecasting the labour requirement, Execute the manpower plans as finalized by the management Source, screen and select the right with the regional training team.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure implementation of various statutory compliance, update the ESI & PF in online, Handling Employee state Insurance, Employees Provident fund, Gratuity. Compliance of returns and maintenance of statutory records and Liaison with government.
Administration & Facilities: Functions of Time office, Canteen, Guest house, Transportation, Mediclaim Policy activities, Security, House Keeping & Gardening, Educational, recreation, Guest & visitors boarding lodging arrangements and entertainment.
