Staff Scientist / Field Technician July 2006 - June 2016

Collecting groundwater samples using low flow and bailing techniques

Soil sampling: collect soil samples during drilling activities ( well installation, soil borings ), UST / dispenser / product piping removal activities, and pre-construction assessments

Soil / Gas sampling and air sampling

Contractor oversight: Drilling activities, UST removal, remediation system installation activities (well installation, piping, and trenching), mobile vacuum events, ORC injection events, and 24-hour pilot tests

Utility surveying, mapping and monitoring well elevation surveys

Prepare soil boring logs and well construction diagrams

Compile and compare analytical data for analysis

Help prepare groundwater monitoring reports, free product reports, remediation progress reports per IL, IN, and MI state regulations

Create groundwater flow and analytical data figures

Proficient with the following geophysical equipment: MultiRAE Plus (multiple gas monitor), MiniRAE 2000 Photoionization Detector (PID), Thermo Scientific TVA-1000 Flame Ionization Detector (FID)
