Process Engineer

Process engineering responsible for wafer lapping and edge grinding departments. Responsibilities include maximizing wafer throughput and yield and minimizing costs in these processes.

Developed new fixed abrasive process for grinding Sapphire wafers. Manufacturing costs were reduced by 25% compared to the current process using loose abrasive lapping and Diamond polishing. Wafer flatness was improved to meet increasingly demanding specifications from the customer.
