I worked all Quality issues around the C-130J Modification to include Aircraft Inspections, repairs, vendor issues, receiving, shipping, audits, kitting, First Articles/Piece Inspections, and Nonconformance Documents Facilitator. This has allowed us to stay on schedule and under cost. I review all work orders from start to finish. I review drawings for accuracy. I review and stamp off redlines on drawings. I work with Design Engineers and I am a member of the MRB Engineering Team to address all concerns. I interface with DCMA daily to ensure a smooth transaction for any of their concerns and coordinate with them to sell off operations completed on the aircraft. I perform AS9100 Audits to ensure compliance. This helped us to be successfully Recertified AS9100 from BSI and we also received the MFC Evening of Excellence Team Award for our work on the AC130J PSP Modification. I perform Statistical Process Control using excel such as Control Charts, Pareto Charts, Histogram, Trend Data, and Analyze & Improve. Oversee Aircraft Maintenance and TCTO’s for the C130J while Test Flights are being performed. Successfully Recertified AS9100 from BSI and received the MFC Evening of Excellence Team Award for our work on the AC130J PSP Modification.

Worked Non-Conforming Defects after DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency) performs Product Audit Assembly (PAA). This comprises of tracking repeat Non-Conforming Defects to the Originator. This also includes reviewing Planning for accuracy and Corrective Action to prevent re-occurrences. I took the defects down from 250 to under 10 per aircraft. I also work with Supplier Quality Management (SQM) for vendor issues. Also work with Production to eliminate defects before they reach Final Assembly. This is accomplished by monitoring the Quality shake process for reoccurring defects. Generate spreadsheet to gather data to track trends in the Production Operation. I am the Administrator for C-130J Real-Time Quality Feedback System (RQFS). This system allows us to add a step in the Operation Card which task Production and Quality to look at a repeat Non-Conformance condition to make sure it is done correctly before it gets out of that area. I interface with DCMA on any issues they have concerns with to help resolve that issue.
