Ensuring all dyes and chemicals used at the dye house met with international standards cumulating with the successful application of Oeko-Tex 100 Class I

Ensuring the dye house fulfilled environmental compliance policy.

Successful application for Limited Brand and JC Penny Laboratory Accreditation.

Reducing re-processing at Yingqun Dye house China from above 30% to below 10%

Improving Right First Time Percentages at Dye Houses in both Thailand and China from below 50% to above 80%

Reducing processing cost (10%) by implementing Standard Operating Procedures for both Dyeing and finishing processing.

OCT 12 - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR – GAYOU INTERNATIONAL DYE HOUSE CHINA.

Located in Chaonan, Shantou, Guangdong province Southern China.

The dye house incorporates 70 dyeing machines, 7 Stenters and processes > 500,000 of synthetics fabrics per month.

Customers including:

Victoria’s Secret, Triumph International, Marks and Spencer, Esionee - plus a large local market.

Reporting directly to the owner.

OCT 07 - SEPT 12 - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR - BRUNET INTERNATIONAL THAILAND / CHINA.

Located in Prachinburi and Sampran District of Bangkok (Thailand).

The Thailand Dye House was set up 2011.

I was involved at the conception of this operation and have taken an empty warehouse into a fully operational dyeing and finishing unit.

2007-2012 I was based in Shenzhen – China taking care of the China dyeing operations.

The Group produces

Warp knit synthetic laces mainly for the intimate apparel (lingerie) market.

Consisting mainly of 100% Polyamide, 100% Polyester,
