Project detail

Worked on Following Module Releases:

1.2010 Discrepancy Overhaul

A new functionality added to existing SecureBase application which allows the Iron Mountain Employees to raise a Discrepancy when any media is missing in the Inbound or Outbound process. The CAR (Corrective Action Request) functionality was added to auto update and resolve Discrepancy during the audit of the branches

2.Win 7 Certification Project

The SecureBase and SecureSync application was tested in the Windows 7, 32 and 64 bit operating systems. In both the functionalities the SecureBase Drivers are updated to match the latest Win7 OS and the browser compatibility testing of the SecureSync application to Internet Explorer 9.0, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.

3.2012 Pin Cloud Blue

Customer personnel are assigned a random PIN based on their authorization number. This is not a user friendly and Personnel cannot select a custom PIN through SecureSync which makes it difficult to remember a system generated random PIN. So, as part of PIN Cloud Blue, implemented a functionality which would allow Personnel user to change the PIN number.

4.Add-on Cutoff

Add-On requests can be created in SecureBase and SecureSync until the moment a run is in a "Prepared for Run" status. The process to fulfill last minute Add-On requests is inefficient and often leads to a late departure for the run.

Solution:

Enforce a cut-off time for Add-On requests through SecureBase and SecureSync so that runs can be prepared and depart on time.

The Add-On cut-off time can be configured at a global, branch and customer level.

5.SITAD (Secure IT Asset Disposal)

Iron Mountain offers a suite of IT asset disposition services that meet all disposal needs, in a secure, efficient and green manner. These services can help to minimize risk and maximize the asset value recovery with industry-leading, secure chain of custody using the world’s largest IT asset distribution channel. Secure IT Asset Disposal – is web module which will provide flexibility to destruct any kind of IT assets/Media for customer.

6.Rotation Scheduler

Rotation scheduler functionality is to provide the branch functionality for managing delivery cycles for open media and containers. It will be used to implement media rotations between customers and Iron Mountain where deliveries should follow a periodic pattern and associate Media to a schedule.
