Property Manager: 350,000 sq ft of Retail/Office space, 11 properties.

Calculated common area maintenance (CAMS) – base on square footage/expense. As new tenants came in and suites were built up or down in square footage I would estimate the square footage ratio and monthly up keep maintenance costs to determine CAMS paid by tenant. Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by reviewing Gross Profit Margins and Month-end General Ledger reconciliation.

Prepare lease abstracts, amendments and commencement letters for all leases.

Maintain budgets and projected costs; risk management, masterwork plan maintenance, project orientation, resource planning, archiving of documents, and miscellaneous logistical support.

Assist finance department in loan hold back draw, estoppels, TI cost, Leasing Commissions. Coordinate general contractors with Tenant Improvements, City Development permits and inspections, scheduled preventative / repair maintenance on-site locations.
