My key responsibilities as a management trainee at Safeway includes being knowledgeable of the weekly merchandising planograms, covering upper management holidays, ordering and maintaining stock, product recalls, locking and securing money as well as the store at closing, coaching and training staff, unloading truck trailers, problem solving, and delivering superior customer service.

Specific to my role in the store is being responsible for ordering and maintaining the dairy and frozen foods departments, helping maintain the weekly and monthly merchandising plans, as well as relieving the GMHBC order writer during holidays.
