Utilized technical expertise to advise senior leaders and 6 subordinate organizations of frequency assignment and de-confliction of friendly frequency assignments during electronic warfare operations

Developed frequency modulation communications plans for tactical radios; built frequency hopping load sets that enabled communicators to communicate in a joint spectrum environment
