Human Recourse Activities:
- Handle recruitment process for all type employees according to the requirement of the Group.
- Follow up daily HR activities & ensure daily HR issue by strong supervision.
- Work with the HR team to develop, co-ordinate, implement and audit all HR activity within the department and across the organization.
- Monitor company payroll to ensure salary and attendance system properly.
- Plan for employee’s performance appraisal, develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
- Maintain a proper record keeping system.
- Monitor office security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
Marketing Activities:
- Taking initiatives to plan out new business ventures feasible to be implemented
- Planning and conducting survey regarding software demand analysis
- Maintain external affairs and liaison with our local client
