As IT Assistant, responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

Manage the IT networking and connectivity for the main warehouse sitein and remote catering sites(Abidjan, Bouake and Daloa). And to install the necessary software, antivirus and operating systems.

To coordinate the maintenance and procurement of all it related equipment.

To configure and monitor the firewalls and routers (wired and wireless ones)

To configure and maintain all the application and NAS servers.

Responsible for the data and application backups, and to manage the disaster recovery setup.

To compile and maintain all necessary records, reports and log books.

Arrange and coordinate IT activities with IT Management in Dubai.

To provide unconditional office support to all users (total Pc users : 30+3 in remote locations mentioned up)

Monitor and review working IT practices to maximize performance and productivity.

Continually review working practices and make recommendations for improvements.

To work with all team members to ensure that corporate goals are consistently achieved and maintained.

To ensure that all procedures and working practices adhere to those defined in international operations manual and SOP (Standard Operations Procedures)

To ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company environmental, health & safety policy.

Additional Duties: Ax Support Agent And Data Clerk

Receipt of weekly United Nations requisitions (orders) to be converted into picking notes

Creation of the delivery notes according the loading days (from Monday to Friday) for the 40 UN contingents in IC with the company stock management software : BUROWARE

-IN 1st June 2009 :Implementation of the new stock management software AXAPTA (an Microsoft developed ERP software)

Import of contingents’ orders to requisitions, then to sales orders. Print of picking list for warehouse picking. Update of picked quantities to create delivery notes.

Creation of weekly sales report in Axapta

To ensure that AXAPTA* system is accurately updated for all inventory transactions and adjustments

Ensure any problems with AX System / Internet disruptions reported to Inventory Control Manager immediately.

Perform other duties as requested by inventory control manager

Extras Interventions:

From July 2013 to October 2013: Presence requested for the mobilization period in Mali for MINUSMA mission to perform the following :

+Creation of the network insfractuture for the main offices at ENSEMA* site.

+Configure the settings of the new computers in the domain to be created.

+Assistance and training to new AX users for the stock management.

From January 24th 2009 to January 30th 2009: missions in Liberia Supreme Foodservice for Maintenance and network issues.

From March 25th 2009 to March 30th: interventions in Liberia Supreme Foodservice for internet issues and others issues.
