Oversight of all procurement related activities being the Procurement Lead/ liaison between the client (Oil and Gas Operating Company) and the EPC Company of a multi-Billion dollar project for the construction of Two Polyethylene Plants in South Texas for the Oil And Gas/ Chemical Industry.
Monitor and provide oversight and counsel to Contractor on commercial issues.
