Job Description:

-Prepares and submit SMR (quarterly), CMR and CMVR (semi- annually) to DENR-EMB regional and central office;

-Ensures compliance with the provisions of RA6969 (Toxic Substance and Hazardous and Nuclear Waste Control Act of 1990), RA 8749 (Philippine Clear Air Act of 1999) and DENR Administrative Order 2007-22 re: Guidelines on the Requirements of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), RA 9003

(Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000) and RA 9275 (Philippine Clean Air Act of 2004) and other acceptable protocols by securing discharge permits, permit to operate, deepwell permits (NWRB),etc.

-Responsible in the proper storage, handling, transport and disposal of hazardous wastes;

-Formulates and implements environmental policies within the plant like solid waste management, cleaner production, etc.

-Responsible in implementation of socio development plan such as tree planting activity, medical mission, etc.

-Handles all the environment related aspects in addition to the monitoring requirements such as quarterly testing of wastewater effluent, semi-annually testing of stack emission, ambient air quality, and groundwater

-Arranges Multipartite Monitoring Team sectoral and executive committee meetings during the validation of CMVR semi-annually.
