PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

RECEPTIONIST – Respond to all incoming calls and reroute accordingly. Greet and assist clients in a prompt professional manner. Interact daily with diverse internal and external customers. Issued a two party receipt for all monies collected before doing the money drop, maintaining and filing of company records, compose and distribute the weekly agenda. ADMINISTRATIVE BILLING – Submitting reports to each department of their overall performance. Typing and submitting of all invoices for reimbursement to the city. Drafting of proposals and amendments each year for the city contracts.
