Cameron International Corporation - Houston, TX - March 2013 to January 2016 Collaborated with engineering to design inspection plans for all Letourneau products, including the Master Inspection Characteristics creation.

● Supported Approved Vendors List maintenance and updates.

● Used Excel to compile bi-weekly charts of the Field Performance Reports to obtain trend lines in common failures. Composed a powerpoint to present and distribute to staff involved in investigating failures.

● Created Access database to analyze monthly Scrap Report. Presented data in appropriate graphs for upper management to review for improvements or discrepancies in nonconformance reports.

● Designee for Field Performance Reports. Duties included: assigning FPRs to appropriate investigator, closing and approving investigations, assigning defect/product codes, and providing support when needed to close FPRs quickly.

● Participated in special projects involving the launching and assignment of inspection plans and inspection test plans to specific products - leg racks, top drives, skidders, mud pumps, drawworks.

● Supported Aftermarket with documentation scanning using OnBase System.

● Assigned quality codes to PickOrders from Aftermarket account managers to ensure parts that require critical documentation and traceability reached the customer.

● Maintained monthly data and graphs of Cost of Nonconformances for Letourneau. Data included: Houston and Vicksburg's scrap, rework, concessions, warranty, and net cost of sales.

● Cooperated in special project that successfully helped q-code assignment for pressure control products- BOP, stack, manifold, riser, controls.

● Analyzed Engineering Work Requests to detect trends in revision using Access and Excel to integrate large amounts of data and forecast predictions.

● Facilitated 15+ plants in maintaining quality profiles accurately for products. Tasks included: clear inspection lot, extending inspection plans, check accuracy of quality codes, revise serial profiles, activating inspection. Quality Assistant
