The purpose of the organization was interview possible voting participants inquiring information such as party voting tendencies, expectations from voting candidates, and opinions on U.S. citizen debates and laws. My tasks were to interview these candidates to gain important information from voters while exhibiting professionalism. Oral communicating and navigating through the interview using computer skills was an essential part of performing the job properly. The goal of the interviewer was to properly finish the interview in a timely manner. Incomplete interviews resulted in less pay. The company consisted of a small team of 20 to 25 phone interviewers supervised by 4 to 5 managers.
