Project Manager and Budget Manager, Inversiones Garnu c.a. – 2013 – 2016

Evaluation and project research in the housing industry. Projects development in commercial buildings, drainages, wastewater and potable water treatment plants, roadways and highways, electrical distribution systems, installation and layout of mechanical and electrical equipment in the industrial field. Responsibilities included: supervising personnel, working collaboratively with engineers, designers, and contractors, obtaining environmental and city permits, enforcement of health and safety compliance codes. Therefore, analyzed and assisted a variety of financial activities such as revenues, expenditures, cash management, cost projections, maximizing use of funds and enduring overall operations were within budget.

General Manager and Investor, Grupo Inversionistas Monagas – 2007 – 2012

General Manager and business partner of this construction company which was focused on housing projects. Primarily project included the construction of the Aida Elena Apartment Complex, which consisted of three high rise towers with 86 apartment units, in the city of Maturin, Venezuela. Responsible of the supervision of all contractors, project design, planning, financing, enforcement of health and safety codes, request environmental and city permits, marketing and sales of the units. Construction Manager, Inversora Maraguay – 1992 – 2006

Construction Manager in the development of projects in the private sector which included office buildings and shopping centers. Responsible of economic and technical feasibility studies, oversight in the preparation of the design and funding of the projects, as well as the monitoring and control of the construction, marketing and sales process review and related permissions for construction and habitability of the buildings.

General Director of Infrastructure and State Services, Monagas Government – 1989 – 1991

Responsible of planning, design and procurement of works and projects aimed at the solution of physical needs and services of the population in this federal entity, in schools, hospitals, roads, distribution and treatment of drinking water, drilling water wells, disposal systems and treatment of waste water, electrification, drains and buildings in general.
