Quality Engineer

Conduct multiple internal audits annually to evaluate and improve the organization’s risk management controls.

Regularly review new customer contracts and RFQs for system quality assurance compliance. Changes made as needed for irregular requests/tasks.

Evaluate and investigate customer complaints and technical queries.

Assist in various external audits such as NADCAP, customer requested or AS9100C as required.

Organize, review and coordinate Government and customer source inspections.

Compiles researched data to conduct RCCA, CAPA or 8D analyses to aid in elimination of non-conformances.

Conduct measurement system analysis using Gage R&R.

Aid in the integration of New Product Development. Made recommendations in the design to improve manufacturability and inspection requirements. Create detailed inspection templates to develop and maintain a standardized inspection process.

Participate in Preliminary Review Board teams to disposition nonconforming material.
