Client : PSEG, Newark, NJ Sept'15 – Present

Position Title: Project Manager/Scrum Master

●Scrum master/Project manager for Disability case management, Affiliate report, and ERP UI masking projects.

Disability Case Management PSEG LI

●Managed the process to decide the tool that should be used for disability case management for PSEG Long Island. Responsible for creating overall project management plan, setting milestones, making sure the milestones are met. The tool was decided within cost, time, scope constraints to enable PSEG LI to store the employees disability cases in a secured place.

●Led the implementation of disability case management tool for PSEG Long Island by following an Agile methodology and managing delivery of work through an offshore vendor (TCS). This project enabled automation of a highly intensive manual time consuming process. Responsible for review of Statement of work, price negotiation, cost estimation, monthly budget tracking for the project.

Managed sprint planning sessions among business and technical team to identify user stories so that the requirements become clear. Maintained Product and Sprint backlogs, conducted team design reviews during sprints.

Co-ordinated Integration testing, User acceptance testing and created burn down chart to identify work left verses time.

UI Masking
