Information Security Program Manager

Provided leadership and strategic direction to a team of 9 professionals for the development, design, implementation and enforcement of the Bank’s Information Security Program.

Responsible for Change Management, chairing the Change Advisory Board on a weekly basis.

Created and followed up action plans to address deficiencies noted by Internal/External Auditors and the Federal Regulator.

Updated several Policies and Procedures to improve current situation and also to reflect required changes noted by auditors and regulators.

Reduced the number of critical and major open deficiencies from 40 to 10 in 4 months, to improve the Bank’s Information Security framework.
