Monitoring and supervision the entire electrical installation at site including 138KV AIS 8-Bays substation/switchyard.

Cable management.

Review site drawings, material availability, method statement, field quality plan, inspection test plan and project specifications.

Monitoring work progress of the subcontractor against the project schedule.

Installation supervision of Cathodic protection for Condenser, Debris Filter, Ball strainer & Seawater intake

Position: Field Electrical Engineer

Conduct inspection of completed electrical works that includes witnessing & supervision for Site acceptance testing of aux. panels, MCCs, switchgears, transformers and other various electrical equipment.

Conduct inspection of Electrical related Materials that reached at site store to see to it that the EPC comply based on approved vendor. Physical condition also will be visually check if have some signs of damaged during transport. Equipment internal and functional check will be done during site installation.

Witness Factory Acceptance Test of MV Auxilliary transformer at Riyadh ABB factory.

Monitoring & Supervision during cable laying & connections of 380KV cables from GSU to existing GIS via partly underground & through cable rack. This includes VLF, Hi-pot/megger, interlock and various testing.

Check updated electrical drawings if as per Project Technical specification as well as compliance with the latest Comment Resolution.

Site progress monitoring & supervision to avoid delays & lesser deficiency prior to Request for Inspection (RFI) issuance.

Witness of Electrical commissioning.

Issue Work Deficiency Report (WDR) and Non Conformance Report (NCR) if there are Electrical installation which are not in accordance with the Project technical specification & quality.

Attend Electrical section daily meeting and discussed site issues with the Client.

Supervision of Cable Tray installation. Installation was based on the construction drawing that gave clear details of the type and size of the cable tray to be installed. Availability of cable tray elbows and other accessories was monitored properly to avoid construction delay.

Supervision of Lighting System construction of the project. This system construction will range from material availability monitoring, implementation based on construction drawings and applicable Electrical Standards. Stages of lighting system construction must be regularly applied for client technical group inspection, upon approval next construction stage will be implemented. The range for this work will start from conduit installation up to cable or wire connections. After the entire lighting construction process, client inspectors will test the actual luminance of the lightings as per given standards.
