United States Army Construction Engineer Specialist July 2008 - May 2016

Was a key asset in disconnecting 216 re-locatable buildings and disassembling 236,000 pounds of steel beam and walk ways. Successfully save the United States Army $1,060,000 by assisting in the recovery and transfer of the reclaimed material and inventory.

With a team of 12 soldiers helped recover $3,618,000 worth of aluminum airfield matting and shipped to another airfield in Afghanistan to be reassembled in order to support future operations.

Utilized leadership skills and helped expedite the construction of a 7,200 square foot Tactical Operations Center in support of Task Force Iron, 101st Airborne Division.

Supervised and assisted a team of 4 soldiers in the reconstruction of a 1,600 square foot, roof system by decking 300 square feet of roof. And replacing over 2,000 square feet of water damaged ceiling to improve the quarters of the Bravo Company leadership.

Watts Water Technologies Warehouse Manager April 1997 - March 2008

Managed and supervised efficiently the operations of receiving, warehousing and shipping of product in a manner consistent with the company service and cost objectives.

Responsible for coaching, training, motivating, and development of warehouse teams with both salary and temp employees. Maintained and updated OSHA and Safety Regulations in accordance with the company policies.

Ensured warehouse inventory was correct by performing cycle counts and investigating out of stock issues.

Developed and implemented strategies to improve processes. Evaluated the performance, duties and effectiveness of employees.

United States Navy Fire Fighter/Fire Marshal October 1992 – October 1996

As a fire fighter/fire marshal was in charge of maintaining the ship and departments safe from hazardous materials.

Trained personnel in fire fighting, safety regulations, hazardous materials, fire fighting and chemical/biological warfare.

Ensured preventive maintenance was performed safely on all equipment on board the ship and off the ship.
