Close Kitchen Quotes – Delivered the initial draft of the Project Charter and the Level of Effort for development. Rather than returning to the Home Depot store, allowing the customer to view their Kitchen Quote and to make purchase online.

Mobile (iPhone) Gift Cards – Provided a high-level business requirements document with wireframes and screen flows to derive a level of effort. This would allow The Home Depot to Sell / email / Check Balance and Redeem Gift Cards using the iPhone, Android and Blackberry Mobile devices. Project team practiced the Agile project methodology.
