Design Softwares:

CREO 2.0: 3+ years of experience. Worked on a lot of projects which include Designing and Modelling of 3D and 2D parts and assemblies also generating Engineering Drawings with GD&T of the modelled parts.

ANSYS 15.0: 2+ years of experience. Used ANSYS APDL and ANSYS Workbench to carry out Structural analysis to analyze the behavior of the modelled parts or assemblies and to obtain information of the generated stresses and strains. Thermal Analysis of PCB’s were carried out in ANSYS Ice Pack.

MATLAB: 1+ years of experience. Started with using it as a mathematical tool by solving matrices and complex equations and later worked on projects for optimization of certain parameters in the automobile field.

Obtained knowledge about the boiler system and the water feeding systems in the boilers.

Studied the natural draft method in cooling towers which is used to lower the temperature of the steam generated.

Examined the generation of electricity using generators and transformers and also the supply of electricity. ACADEMIC PROJECTS:

Design and Analysis of Car Chassis using CREO and ANSYS Software’s

Designed a Car Chassis using CREO 2.0 designing software with proper execution and dimensioning.

Carried out analysis for impact loading along with its crash analysis in ANSYS Workbench 15.0 software.

Compared the results for both steel and aluminum chassis and obtained their respective stress and strain.

Optimization of a Passive Suspension System of a Quarter Car Model using Matlab

Implemented strategies to carry out optimization using MATLAB coding and the equations of motion.

Objective of this project was to minimize the damping co-efficient and the acceleration of the sprung mass for providing an optimum comfort level in a Quarter Car Model on a rough irregular surface.

Thermo Fluid Analysis of Staggered and Inline Heat Sinks in ANSYS IcePack

Improved the results of analysis carried out in ANYSY IcePack of a Printed Circuit Board (PCB).

Got individual results for Staggered and Inline Pin Fin type of Heat Sinks for Temperature generation in Chips.

Compared the different types of temperature and pressure contours obtained in the chip system.

Automatic Window Cleaner

Led this project by designing a mechanical window cleaner prototype in CREO2.0 software.

Objective of this project was to clean windows of High Rise Buildings externally with minimum human efforts.

Minimized the labor and the overall cost using soapy water, foam brushes and different types of motors. HONORS:

Received meritorious awards for being among the top in academics and got selected in the International Experience Program (IEP) held by Gujarat Technological University to Kansas State University during my Bachelor’s Degree. LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
