oBased on the analysis (reverse engineering) of the XGEN source codes developed and tested reports for City’s financial systems using MS SQL embedded in MS Access Projects (VB Code). These reports were extremely necessary by the transition from mainframe to Oracle.

oProject “Lawsuit regarding the increase in retiree’s insurance premium” involved the design and development of a solution to collect the information and evaluate the impact to the City, if the City were to lose the lawsuit.

oDeveloped a solution using MS Access and VB to reconcile the Fire Calls Data to the Address Data in the Non Ad Valorem System to allow the evaluation of the relationship between Fire Calls and Property Categories. This was used by the City Commission in establishing rates per property category for the Fire Assessment. Fire assessment involved around 100 thousand properties and represented an income of 20 million US yearly.
