1.Engineering Leadership with Engineering Teams:

Initiate, manage development resources from internal professionals (Hardware, Firmware, Mechanic, etc.) contractors and ODM/CM partners through the whole products development life cycle (Hardware: HDLC; Software: SDLC) through each development phase (HDLC - EVT, DVT, PVT; SDLC – UVT, IVT, SVT). Make sure all the entry and exit phase criteria are met and ensure each phase sample build and transition to mass production are met with cost, quality and capacity parameters. 2.Program Management:
