1.Engineering Leadership with Engineering Teams:

Initiate, manage development resources from internal professionals (Hardware, Firmware, Mechanic, etc.) contractors and ODM/CM partners through the whole products development life cycle (Hardware: HDLC; Software: SDLC) through each development phase (HDLC - EVT, DVT, PVT; SDLC – UVT, IVT, SVT). Make sure all the entry and exit phase criteria are met and ensure each phase sample build and transition to mass production are met with cost, quality and capacity parameters.
