• Created an ETL solution for a loan origination and collection software from an Oracle database to a SQL Server database. The solution validated incoming data and performed notifications when jobs complete. The information of borrowing customers was loaded into SQL Server and was used to generate reports using the SSRS 2012 reporting functionality. Reports were set up for automatic delivery based on standard report subscriptions and also on demand from the loan application.

• Individually designed a loan collection service for salary backed retail loans according to business requirements, this was implemented using robust stored procedures, functions and triggers to implement required functionalities.

• Created various reports using a combination of SAP Business Objects and Cognos according to the business requirements for strategic business in units in the banks I have worked with in a team-oriented environment. Individually authored, installed, deployed and managed reports using SSRS for a library database.

• Analysed the business requirements and systematically designed a database for borrowing customers to assist in the timely rendition of Credit Bureau reports. Employed best practices in creating a complete schema including tables, relationships, stored procedures, views, clustered and non-clustered indexes and triggers, and implemented the event triggered job using a combination of SSIS and database objects.

• Awarded the STAR Award in the Union Bank Employee Recognition (UBER) scheme for outstanding contributions towards the achievement of the bank’s corporate goals by going the extra mile in automating the entire process of BI DataMart build system that delivers the banks Risk Management, Finance and Regulatory reports on time with minimal human effort. That was achieved by developing PowerShell/Batch Script for SQL Agent, starting from the initial staging data up to publishing final BI products. Also developed QA reports that check the validity of BI Products before the public announcement. Utilised Relational Data Modelling and Dimensional Modelling in the multiple program areas within the bank’s Data warehouse system with the best practices of Star/Snow Flake Schemas implementation.
