The Primary objective of the Service Desk Escalation Team is to rapidly resolve users technology issues, meeting and exceeding all metric targets, while providing a World Class Customer Service experience.

•2) When software issues/concerns with the Remedy Interactive software developed, I would help assist the I.T department and provide solutions via iPhone, Outlook, Lync and in person.
