Handling Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports Using Tools – RQ, Excel, Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Preparing Daily Reports and Contest Report as per Client Request.

Creating Product SKU and Updating Retail Que when there is a launch of new product, promotions etc

Preparing New Templates for Team by using Advance Excel (Conditional Formating, Table feature)

Independently handling the IPL Pricing analyst role. Taking care of all IPL requests from the pre sales process still implementation.

Analyze the customer request based on the location request different vendors for quotes and follow up with the sales and place orders

Preparation of monthly score cards on requests received and SLA to close.

Provide high quality provisioning of service to the customers in terms of speed of delivery and cost. Coordinate all the activities associated with a customer order.

Taking care of the Quoting activity for APAC region.

Monitor all implementation activities, observing ongoing operations and performance to identify problems

Provide the client requested reports for requests received, Orders placed, SLA management etc. on time.
