I am a skilled administrator with a background in varying sectors. I have experience and knowledge in preparing, handling and checking tenancy agreements and therefore have experience of legal contracts to a certain level and am capable of checking and preparing such documents. I am also efficient at answering calls and handling various queries as I have very good communication skills and can speak Japanese, Greek, French, Turkish and Portuguese (to varying degrees of fluency). I am very organised and have previously had to organise flights, accommodation, spreadsheets, management of diaries and more. I have the ability to project manage and have owned my own business as well. I am eager to learn and very flexible and adaptable. I am also willing and able to start at the bottom of a company and work my way up within the organisation.
1. Communication skills
2. Developing rapport
3. Easy-going manner
4. Tolerance and open-mindedness
5. Compassion, understanding and empathy
While working in Sainsburys as a PA to the Store Manager, running my own business, working at London transport Property and teaching in language schools, I had the chance to deal with a lot of people both face to face and over the telephone, and was able to bring the above skills and talents to bear in developing good relationships with colleagues, and helping to resolve customers’ complaints and queries.
4. Quick study
5. Understanding of organisational structures and hierarchies
I am able to work either under my own steam with minimal direction, or as part of a team, collaborating to manage projects and solve problems. I am able to have a system/process explained to me and absorb and internalise it fairly rapidly, and can come up with my own solutions independently.
Marketing and brand development:
1. Identifying new markets for a product
2. Building awareness of the product through advertising promotion
3. Developing the brand
While working for myself and for my father’s art and design business, I was able to use the above skills to develop leads, contact customers and achieve sales by writing press releases and working with advertisers to get the best price on media packages in newspapers and periodicals etc..
1. Nearly fluent: Japanese
2. Advanced: French, Portuguese
3. Upper Intermediate: Greek

I have lived in Japan, Portugal and Greece, and have spent time in France and Germany, in the case of the latter while running my own business. In addition, I taught English as a Foreign Language (EFL) for over twenty years, during which time I came into contact on a daily basis with a wide variety of people from many different backgrounds, cultures and language groups. I have travelled abroad frequently on holiday, and have always enjoyed learning about the local culture while doing so, all of which makes me a very suitable candidate for positions involving contact with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
3.General administrative skills
I have worked as a PA for a supermarket Store Manager, and have had a number of temp jobs )including spending three months with London Transport’s property division) where I arranged both my own schedule and those of other staff members, maintained diaries, prepared various documents and minuted meetings etc.
