Responsible for making all buffer solutions needed for orders and lab testing. Calibrate PH meter daily and pipettors monthly. Maintain inventory of chemicals, reagents (enzyme conjugates and antibody) and other products. Test substrate functionality monthly. Assist other techs in portioning and weighing of samples for testing. Prepare all labeling for reagent bottles and test kits. Filling all components needed with buffer reagents. 100% QC check of completed test kits. Prepared paperwork and requested shipping pickups. Daily, check of temperature for all storage units for compliance. Maintain and document lab equipment as needed. Processed receiving shipments and distributed.
