Responsibilities:

SP3D modeling of piping WRT P&ID.

Modeling of equipment’s as per vendor data inn SP3D.

Designing of piping for rack, Heat exchanger and pump area.

Extraction of MTO from P&ID.

Pipe supporting in SP3D as per standard span.

Checking of isometric and BOM generated in SP3D.

Involve in preparation of equipment modeling in SP3D as per equipment detail drawing.

Isometric generation and general arrangement in SP3D.

Extraction of MTO from P&ID.

Performing clash check.

Extraction of GA drawing in SP3D

Providing Tie in points in co-ordinates to pipeline department

Providing weekly status report to project team. Knowledge of the various ASTM codes, standards in piping works.

Project : Shah Gas field development project

Client : ADMA Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

Providing structural information drawings and civil information drawings to the structural department.

Modeling of temporary platforms required for operations and maintenance for pump shed and nitrogen cylinder shed in SP3D.

Extraction of weekly status report.

Pipe routing as per P&ID in the SP3D

Preparation of initial MTO by using P&ID.

Pipe support design & modeling and extraction of special support.
