Responsible for installing new computer equipment at state farm Offices, throughout North Carolina.

• Traveled to different State Farm agencies to install and configure new computers.

• Backed up and Transferred agents data to the onto the cTera NAS (Network Attached Storage/Cloud Attached Storage) device and restoring the data back to the new desktops. (This included My Documents, Quicken Files, Wallpaper, and Internet Explorer Favorites, etc.)
