Oakridge Gardens Rehabilitation & Memory Center, Menasha, WI 1. Designed and developed a system to meet the needs of the residents as quickly and efficiently as possible by rearranging the order of service which resulted in the decrease of 25 30 minutes of waiting individually on each patient and/or their families
2. Worked with and unofficially trained other dietary employees as well as collaborated with the CNA’s, RN’s, and Physical Therapist’s in order to individualize the treatment and nourishment of each patient 3. Resolved internal issues regarding the safety and care of the patients when there was no certified medical personnel available at the time of emergency
4. Memorized the menu and meal options while making sure what I offered was something the patient was able to eat based on their personalized diet plan (made each meal to order for 15 30 patients at a time usually this is done either independently or with one more dietary employee)
5. Provide family members and patients with emotional support, taking as much time as needed to comfort and empathize with them 6. Monitor, record, and evaluate the medical conditions that affect the patient's diet plan
7. Familiar with intense cleaning and organization 8. Very good at independent work but prefers a more collaborative team environment
