I am seeking a position as a CAD Manager/Administrator. I am technically savvy, as well as being a self starter and goal oriented individual. I enjoy working with people in capacities that vary from simple drawing production and coordination efforts to training groups of people on new software applications and project support.

Automation Lead

In order to keep up with technology and project requirements I created a users group for Project Automation Leads.

This enabled user's to:

o have time to support one another and exchange ideas for project delivery. o gain training and exposure to new technologies.

As a Project Automation Lead I was involved in various aspects of a project including but not limited to the following responsibilities.

Creation and maintenance of project:

Creation and maintenance of projects within the ProjectWise environment, which includes: o implementation of correct dataset.

o project file structure.

o automatic file generation.

o file creation, maintenance, archiving and deletion.

Renderings and Navigator model generation for project coordination and presentations.

Project Delivery:

o Verification that project requirements have been met (i.e. hard copies, electronic delivery). o Creation and coordination of materials needed for client presentations and meetings. 1.

P&ID Support and Development

I was selected to be on a team responsible reviewing new P&ID software for global firm implementation.

Tasks included:

o Extensive review and comparison of software capabilities. o Collaboration of efforts to take into account functionality for project delivery. o Ease of implementation for projects of various sizes. o Ease of training and team accessibility.

Software Customization:

o Collaborating with engineering discipline leads to establish firm wide standards within the OpenPlant/ProjectWise environments.

o Customization of software on a per project basis when need arose.

Training and Support
