Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for HR Workforce Transition and Workforce Analytics products. Testing consisted of client implementations and regular product releases across multiple client code bases. Application software developed in ASP/COM and .Net, resides on Microsoft Windows servers, MYSQL 2008 Database, and Web User interface. The Analytics product utilized a proprietary front end and a 3rd party charting tool, with MS Integration Services and MS Analysis Services serving as the back end.

Was responsible for implementing a QA methodology that resulted in a process driven and structured environment and was adopted by the company.
